- the daffodils and tulips that are in bloom
- reading Emma
- unexpectedly buying a cute pair of almost-new shoes for $2
- eating birthday cake remix icecream at Coldstone with Shauna
- trying on old, nasty, unimaginably gross, leopard print dresses and taking pictures with Shauna (Ross' is good for something, at least)
- studying The Screwtape Letters in British Literature
- discussing Modernism in Advanced Literature
- feeling relieved that my SAT's are taken, my college is chosen, my scholarship is storted out, and my senior paper is in
such. good. feelings.

What college did you decide on?
HI JOANNA!
I haven't been blogging for a long time, but I am finally back. It was so good to read up on what's going on in your life! I also want to know which college you chose. Tell your family HI for me! I'll try and blog more often. I threw one in tonight, but I will try to be a little more creative here soon. :) We have been so busy.
Jen & Amy - I chose Linfield College and am very excited about it!
Exciting! as you know that's where I went, and I really enjoyed the small school atmosphere and the personal relationships you can build with professors. That said, be prepared for "the real world" after being at pleasant little ELCA. You'll find beer and partying and immoral activities of all kinds going on, the same as you would at any other school (probably more so than at a Christian school, however). Still, people always said they respected me for not participating in those things, and I managed to build a circle of people that I'm still friends with to this day. I hope your college experience is as good as mine was!
